Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of fashionugc.org, related pages, accounts, look packs, generation tools, job links, and any video or image FashionUGC produces for you (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by the operator of FashionUGC (“FashionUGC”, “we”, “us”).

By visiting the site, creating an account, continuing with Google, buying looks, uploading photos, starting a generation, or using a generated video, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy page. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service for a company or client, you confirm you have authority to bind that business, and “you” includes that business.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account, password, Google sign-in, and every action taken through them. Keep job links and access tokens secret. Anyone who has a job’s public ID and access token can view that job’s status and files.

Give us accurate name and email details. We may refuse, suspend, or close an account that is incomplete, shared, automated, or used to evade these Terms. You must tell us promptly if you believe your account or a job link has been compromised.

The Service

FashionUGC is an AI tool that turns clothing product photos you supply into UGC-style marketing videos. It is a content-generation aid. It is not a creative agency, advertising network, marketplace, law firm, or guarantee of sales, reach, engagement, or platform approval.

Clothing is available now. Beauty and Accessories are planned and may change or never ship. Creatives, durations, aspect ratios, capacity, and model providers can change without notice. We may rate-limit, queue, refuse, or stop a job that looks abusive, unlawful, or likely to break the generation pipeline.

Outputs are machine-made interpretations of your references. Colour, cut, fabric, fit, styling, model appearance, motion, and environment can differ from the source garment and from any look you imagined. FashionUGC does not warrant a specific visual result.

Your content

You keep whatever rights you already have in the photos and other material you upload (“User Content”). You grant FashionUGC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process, transmit, and display User Content, and to send it to subprocessors and model providers, solely to run, secure, and improve the Service and to deliver outputs to you.

You warrant that you own User Content or have all rights needed to upload it and to grant that licence; that the depicted products may be shown and marketed as you intend; and that User Content does not infringe copyright, trade mark, design, publicity, privacy, or other third-party rights, and is not illegal.

Do not upload images of real people unless you have a valid right or release to use their likeness in AI-generated marketing video. Do not upload competitor brands, counterfeit goods, or material you are not allowed to use.

We do not sell your product photos. Studio jobs are not published on the FashionUGC homepage. Public examples on the site are operator-selected demonstrations, not your uploads. We may use User Content and outputs, including in aggregated or de-identified form, to operate, debug, and improve the Service. If we want to feature a specific customer job in marketing, we will ask you first.

Outputs

Subject to these Terms and full payment of any looks used, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use videos and stills generated for your account (“Outputs”) for your own marketing, ecommerce, advertising, and social publishing. You do not receive rights in our models, prompts, software, branding, or the Service itself.

Outputs can resemble other generations. We do not warrant that an Output is unique, registrable, or free of third-party claims. You are solely responsible for how you publish, edit, claim, or monetise Outputs, including advertising law, platform rules, and product claims.

FashionUGC may keep copies of Outputs as needed to deliver the job, support your studio, enforce these Terms, and operate the Service.

Looks, payments, and refunds

Except for operator-designated admin access, you need looks (credits) to generate. One look is consumed when a generation job is created, not when you later download a file. Looks are a prepaid right to use the Service. They are not cash, have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not a stored-value instrument. Looks do not expire unless we say otherwise on the billing page before you buy.

Look packs are sold in Indian rupees through Dodo Payments. Pack sizes and prices are shown at checkout and may change. Current packs include one look, five looks, and fifteen looks. Checkout may add GST or other tax on top of the listed price. Payment is processed by Dodo Payments; we do not store your full card or UPI credentials.

Purchases are final. We do not refund because you changed your mind, unused looks remain on the account, you dislike an Output, a social platform rejected a post, or a video did not produce sales. If we cannot start a job after a look is taken (for example, we cannot save your photos), we will restore that look. If a generation fails after the job has started, we may restore a look at our discretion. We do not owe a cash refund in that case.

Chargebacks opened without a good-faith attempt to resolve the issue with us may result in suspension and forfeiture of unused looks.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to: break the law; create or request child sexual abuse material; generate non-consensual sexual or intimate imagery; create non-consensual deepfakes of real people; impersonate a person or brand in a deceptive way; produce counterfeit or knock-off branded goods; upload malware; scrape, crawl, or overload the Service; probe or reverse engineer the Service except as allowed by mandatory law; resell, wrap, or republish the Service as a competing API or product; or bypass payment, rate limits, or access controls.

We may remove content, cancel jobs, forfeit unused looks, and suspend or terminate accounts for breach or suspected abuse, with or without prior notice where we reasonably believe delay would cause harm.

AI results and no warranty

The Service and Outputs are provided “as is” and “as available”. FashionUGC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

AI systems can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inconsistent. Fashion likeness is approximate. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, a particular processing time, or that Outputs will match your photos, brand guidelines, or a human-shot campaign.

Platform rules

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta ads, marketplaces, and other platforms apply their own rules. They may reject, label, throttle, or take down AI-generated or UGC-style content. FashionUGC has no control over those decisions and no liability for them.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access, delete or disable jobs, and forfeit unused looks if you breach these Terms, if we must do so for law or security, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including licences you granted for completed processing, your warranties, indemnity, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law) survive termination.

We are not obliged to retain User Content or Outputs after a reasonable period, except as required by law or as described on the Privacy page.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FashionUGC and its operators, officers, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary loss, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, substitute services, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility.

Our total liability for all claims arising out of the Service or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid to FashionUGC for look packs in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or, if you paid nothing, one thousand Indian rupees (₹1,000).

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. You accept that the Service is a low-cost automated tool and that this cap is a reasonable allocation of risk.

Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FashionUGC and its operators from any claim, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: your User Content or Outputs; your use or publication of the Service; your breach of these Terms; or your infringement of a third party’s intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights. We may take exclusive control of the defence of any matter subject to indemnity; you will cooperate.

Changes

We may change these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after the update is acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except that we may seek injunctive or other urgent relief in any forum to protect the Service or our rights.
